**Beach Bound Retreat Fee*:**

Full Board:
Fee: $250,   LRWA: $165 (LRWA member as of November 31, 2009)
Includes workshops, shared queen-sized bed and all meals through Sunday brunch

Daytrippers (for Saturday AND Sunday):
Fee: $125,   LRWA: $75 (LRWA member as of November 31, 2009)
Includes workshops, all meals on Saturday and Sunday brunch
Friday welcome dinner: $20 flat fee (daytrippers only)

Single ocean view room $550
Single island view room $500
Double island view room $425
Includes private or shared room, breakfasts and lunches
LRWA members: $50 discount** (LRWA member as of November 31, 2009).

Jumpstart Master Class Fee*:

Includes workshops, shared room and solo bed/sleeper-sofa/fouton or shared king, breakfasts and lunches

Refunds will be given for written cancellations (minus a $50 handling fee) received on or before July 31, 2010. After July 31, 2010, refunds will be given (minus a $50 handling fee) ONLY if we are able to fill your reserved spot with a paying attendee. NO EXCEPTIONS for any reason whatsoever.

RETREAT WAIVER
Neither LRWA nor its board members are responsible for accidents or injury to Beach Bound Event attendees, or for articles lost, stolen or left behind. As per RWA mandate, LRWA will not provide alcoholic beverages at the Retreat. Any member bringing said beverages is solely responsible for the use, distribution, and/or consumption, and any consequences of imbibing said beverages. Payment of any damages caused to the house or premisies by an event attendee or her/his guest(s) is the sole responsibility of that attendee.

I understand and agree to abide by the LRWA payment and refund policies, which are that both a deposit and a registration form must be recieved by LRWA for my registration to be valid, that full payment is required by August 1, that refunds will be given for written cancellations (minus a $50 handling fee) received on or before July 31, 2010. I acknowledge and accept that after July 31, 2010, a refund will be given (minus the deposit) ONLY if I or LRWA can fill my spot with another paying attendee, and that there are NO exceptions to this rule for any reason whatsoever.
