Beach Events Registration Form (step 1)

A deposit or your full registration fee is required to reserve a spot. Your registration is only complete after submitting both your fee AND your registration form.

Fill in the Registration form and Submit it! NOTE: YOU MUST ANSWER EVERY QUESTION OR THE FORM WILL NOT SEND. This means you should fill in both phone numbers (even if it’s with the same number) and if you are going to one event only, indicate you are NOT going to the other events. Write n/a in any space that does not apply to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. :)

The fine print:

RETREAT WAIVER
Neither LRWA nor its board members are responsible for accidents or injury to Beach Bound Event attendees, or for articles lost, stolen or left behind. As per RWA mandate, LRWA will not provide alcoholic beverages at the Retreat. Any member bringing said beverages is solely responsible for the use, distribution, and/or consumption, and any consequences of imbibing said beverages. Payment of any damages caused to the house or premises by an event attendee or her/his guest(s) is the sole responsibility of that attendee.

I understand and agree to abide by the LRWA payment and refund policies, which are that both a deposit and a registration form must be received by LRWA for my registration to be valid, that full payment is required by July 31, that refunds will be given for written cancellations (minus a $50 handling fee) received on or before July 31. I acknowledge and accept that after July 31, a refund will be given (minus the deposit) ONLY if I or LRWA can fill my spot with another paying attendee, and that there are NO exceptions to this rule for any reason whatsoever.

I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the conditions set forth in this waiver, as well as any other rules or guidelines pertaining to the 2012 Beach Bound Events hosted by Lowcountry Romance Writers.

JUMPSTART MASTERCLASS FEE*:
Full Board:      
Fee: $550,   LRWA: $30 discount**
Includes workshops, shared room with own bed, and all meals Friday supper through Sunday brunch

Daytrippers:
Fee: $275,   LRWA: $30 discount**
Includes all workshops, breakfasts and lunches
(email for a nearby hotel recommendation)

BEACH BOUND WEEKEND RETREAT FEE*:
Full Board:     
Fee: $250,   LRWA: $165
Includes workshops, shared room with own bed, and all meals Friday supper through Sunday brunch

Daytrippers:
Fee: Saturday and Sunday**: $125,   LRWA: $85;   Sunday only*: $75
**Fee includes workshops, all meals on Saturday and brunch Sunday;
*Fee includes Sunday workshops and brunch

HERMIT WEEK FEES*:
Single ocean view room $550   ; Double ocean view room $500
  
Single island view room $500   ; Double island view room $450

Includes private or shared room, breakfasts and lunches
LRWA members: $30 discount on island view rooms only**
